EIP is an open access and peer reviewed research journal of Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan, published annually online. The journal publishes original research papers, review articles and short communications of interdisciplinary content in natural and social sciences.

Educational Innovation and Practice (EIP) – The Journal of Education is published annually by the Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan. EIP publishes empirical and non-empirical research that explores pedagogy, action research, innovative teaching practices, commentaries, book reviews, policy briefs, curriculum development, distance learning, education technology, and communication, enacted in a variety of fields that are formally and informally constituted. The journal serves as a vehicle for the establishment of new forms of the scholarly community, which brings and supports a level of diversity in its interactions that are representative of the community of scholars in Bhutan and abroad. EIP seeks to publish scholarly articles and follows a system of double-blind peer review.
